Diversity Fashion Week foundation is preparing the Winter Wonder Land fashion show for SS22/23 held on 28-29-30 October 2022.
By organizing an annual event, the foundation wants to break through the "standard" image of (ideal) beauty. Together with the team and sponsors we can create awareness and provide a platform for all kinds of talent.
Diversity in the fashion industry has grown exponentially in recent years, with a stronger focus on the representation of people of colour, plus size models and a range of sexual orientations and gender expressions. With this in mind, we think it is important to cultivate this growing change in the Fashion Industry, and make
Diversity Fashion Week not only diverse but inclusive – allowing all types of models to express themselves and offer a platform for all talents.
This is why we are launching our event 3 days long, to allow all people of all races, shapes and sizes to feel supported, as we seek to break through an industry full of stereotypes.

The Photographers are asked to shoot their most beautiful diversity photo during our event and the one with the best photo wins the tittle 'best diversity photographer 2022'

What to expect on 29 October 2022?
Well, a lot of exclusive designs showcased by professional national and international models of all ages. Here we focus on sustainable garments made by various (upcoming) talents. As a foundation we strive for a more inclusive representation in the fashion industry, and are hereby supporting all kinds of talents to keep the global fashion industry sustainable and unprejudiced.
We recognize the immense talent rising from all corners of our world, providing new opportunities for leading and upcoming fashion designers to break through the international market.

wearing all kinds of design from ready to wear to haute-couture. There will be entertainment and a amazing host for the evening. It will be a magical night in the beautiful location Arendshoeve the biggest garden from Amsterdam.
